Pachem-PS603
Solvent for Paraffin and Asphaltene
General Information:
Pachem-PS603 is used periodically to dissolve already created paraffin and asphaltene deposits, which cause flow problems or even block the flow through pipelines and valves. Additionally, due to especially selected components, the product has anticorrosion properties.

Application:
Pachem-PS603 is dosed to wellheads or industrial pipelines. It removes or decreases as well as softens a structure of the created paraffin / asphaltenes deposits. It lowers freezing point and reduces viscosity of crude oil and additionally protects wellbores and pipelines against corrosion. The use of Pachem PS-603 improves flow in pipelines, protects valves from blockage and facilitates the use of cleaning pistons.
Treat rate:
Pachem-PS603 is dosed periodically when the cleaning of wellbore/pipeline is necessary. A typical amount of the product corresponds to the periodic dosage of about 500-2000 ppm in conversion to the amount of the produced oil in the given period between the cleaning of the pipe or the wellbore. It is recommended to circulate the product in the system or to ensure a product contact with the eluted paraffin deposits for a minimum of 4-24 h.
Packaging:
Pachem-PS603 is available in 200-litre barrels or 1000-litre tanks. Other types of packaging are available on request .
