Pachem HK-401G
Kinetic Inhibitor of Hydrates
General Information:
Pachem HK-401G is a kinetic inhibitor of hydrates to be dosed continuously into wellbores and pipelines. It prevents the development of molecules of hydrates and slows down growth of already created molecules. It is a mixture of active Kinetic Hydrates Inhibitor (KHI) in alcohols, which possess thermodynamic properties and decrease the freezing point of gas/water system. Pachem HK-401G is a clear, homogenous liquid with a wide temperature range of -30°C do +55°C .

Pachem HK-401G meant for gas-water systems, tht contain hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide
Pachem HK-401G:
• is perfectly soluble in water and crude oil
• it prevents the creation of hydrates and its agglomeration, it solves already created molecule
• is 2 to 5 times more effective than methanol
Treat rate:
Pachem HK-401G is dosed continually into machinery working in wellbores and transmission pipelines in amount of 0,5-1 g/m3
Packaging:
Pachem HK-401G is available in 200-litre barrels or 1000-litre IBCs. Other types of packaging are available on request
