Pachem-D754
Crude Oil Demulsifier
General information:
Pachem-D754 is a unique composition of ionic and nonionic surface active agents. Demulsifier Pachem-D754 is used for the breaking up of water-in-oil emulsions. It induces excellent separation in two phases: crude oil and good quality water. It is characterized by good solubility in crude oil and is stable in an applied range of temperatures from -30°C to + 55°C. Pachem-D754 does not contain toxic phenolic group. Additionally, Pachem-D754 demulsifier contains components which protect against corrosion.

Application:
Pachem-D754 is dosed to wellheads. Pachem-D754 reduces salinity of crude oil. It effectively separates water / crude oil solutions in two phases: hydrocarbons and water. It lowers viscosity of heavy crude oil.
Treat Rate:
Pachem-D754 is dosed into wellbores in the typical amount of 5 - 50 ppm (by weight) and then is directed with crude oil to separation system.
It does not require any dilution. Desalination process temperature is from approx. +20 To + 60 °C. In summer, the oil does not require heating. Pachem-D754 should be injected into the stream of crude oil in location which guaranties good blending. It is preferable to dispense the deemulsifier into the stream immediately after its extraction and transferred it to the collecting center.
Packaging:
Pachem-D754 is available in bulk, 200 l barrels, or 1000-litre tanks (IBC). Other types of packaging are available on request.
