PACHEM-BL
Multifunctional Summer Addives Package for Biodiesel (RME and FAME)
General information:
Pachem-BL is a multifunctional summer additive package for bioesters. Due to special selected constituents Pachem-BL has strong properties: anticorrosion, antioxidantion, deemulsification and antifoam. Moreover, Pachem-BL includes special biocidal agent to prevent the development bacterial flora and to enable long-term storage without any negative changes of performance properties of bioester. Pachem-BL is homogeneous liquid with amber colour, and remains effective in a wide range of temperatures.

Application:
Pachem-BL is intended to improve the quality of bioesters based on rapeseed oil (RME) and other oils (FAME). The additive package improves many of physical-chemical properties of fuels, prevents the formation of deposits in the engine and protects bioesters during long-term storage due to special biocide presence. The FAME protected by Pachem-BL has a high oxidative stability and shows no corrosive properties. The Product remains liquid even at temperature -30 °C, however, small sedimentation of some anti-oxidation components may occur at temperature below 20 °C. Therefore, storage at temperature above 20 °C or heating up and mixing before application is recommended.
Treat Rate:
Typical dosage of Pachem-BL is 100-350 ppm weight. In case of fatty acid methyl esters of rapeseed oil (RME) recommended treat rate is 125-150 ppm m/m. In case of any other esters RME it is recommended to select the treat rate individually.
Packaging:
Pachem-BL is available in 200 l barrels, in bulk or 1000-litre tanks (IBC). Other types of packaging are available on request.
