Pachem-HHODISP80
Asphaltene Dispersant
General information:
Pachem-HHODISP80 paraffin and asphaltene dispersant is a mixture of polyol esters dissolved in high-boiling organic solvent. Ensures full dispersion of paraffins and asphaltenes present in heavy crude oil fractions, including heavy fuel oil. Pachem-HHODISP80 is a clear, homogeneous liquid that remains stable over a wide range of temperatures used.
Typical Physical And Chemical Properties:
Parameter | Unit | Value | Test method |
---|---|---|---|
Appearance at 20 ºC | - | Amber to brown | PB-01 - edition 1 |
Density at 15 ºC | kg/m3 | 900-1000 | PN-EN ISO 12185:2002 |
Pour Point | ºC | <-30 | PN-ISO 3016:2005 |
Flash point | ºC | > 60 | PN-EN ISO 2719:2007 |
Viscosity at 40 ºC | mm2/s | 10-30 | PN-EN ISO 3104:2004 |
Application:
Pachem-HHODISP80:
- prevents the agglomeration of paraffins and asphaltenes and the formation of sediments during storage,
- by fully dispersing them, it improves the stability and compatibility of heavy crude oil fractions,
- facilitates the flow of heavy fraction.
Treat Rate:
A typical Pachem-HHODISP80 dosage is 25-500 ppm by weight. In the case of a heavy fraction with a high content of asphaltenes, individual selection of the dosage amount is recommended (even exceeding 1000 ppm).
Packaging:
Pachem-HHODISP80 is available in 200 liter drums, 1000 liter IBCs and in bulk (tankers). A different method of packing is possible on request.
