Multifunctional Additive for Light Heating Oil
General Information:
Pachem-LOO_PAK_ZN is a multifunctional package of additives for light heating oil containing Dyeguard Red PL4 dye/marker. Thanks to specially selected ingredients, it improves the operational properties of the oil. Thanks to the presence of a very active component containing active iron nano-compounds (so-called burning boosters), the additive very effectively improves combustion efficiency, which is related to the purity of the exhaust gas, as well as increasing the economic efficiency of the fuel. The package also includes an effective depressant protecting the oil pour point below -20 ° C. The content of an appropriate fragrance improves the smell of the final fuel oil, and thanks to the biocidal effect of the fragrance, it enables the safe storage of fuel oil. The additive also contains an effective lubricating agent that guarantees correct operation of the supply systems. The presence of a corrosion inhibitor protects the boilers and equipment from corrosive effects. Pachem-LOO_PAK_ZN is a homogeneous brown-colored liquid.

Application:
Pachem-LOO_PAK_ZN is intended to improve the light heating fuel properties.The package improves many physical and chemical properties of the oil; improves fuel combustion, thanks to the surfactants used - guarantees cleanliness of the supply system and burner system, and thanks to lubricating factors - improves the lubricating properties of the oil and secures the correct operation of the feed pumps. The package protects also against loss of fuel properties during the storage process.
Treat rate:
Due to the content of Dyeguard Red PL4 marker/dye, the recommended dosage of Pachem-LOO_PAK_ZN is 600 ppm by weight (0.6 kg per ton of fuel oil). In the case of poor quality of the base fuel oil, the dose of the additive should not be increased, as this may result in exceeding the permissible marker/dye content in the fuel oil. In the case of poor-quality oil, ask the producent to modify the package composition; the selection of the package composition should be made before placing the order.
Due to presence of polymeric-type pour point depressants in the package, there is a possibility of a slight separation of heavier components of the depressant. In any way, such phenomena does not influence negatively the performance of the package. Stirring of the product before application is recommended.
Packaging:
Pachem-LOO_PAK_ZN is available in 200 l barrels, in bulk or 1000-litre tanks (IBCs). Other types of packaging are available on request.
