General Information:
G_OCTABUST_500P is a multifuntional gasoline additive designed to improve Octane number and fuel economy. G_OCTABUST_500P contains a non-metallic antiknock additive based on nonionic-type chemistry. This highly efficient product provides gasoline producers with an economic means of improving the Octane Number of motor gasoline. Even used in small dosage, G_OCTABUST_500P allows to meet octane specifications while using less valuable gasoline blends. G_OCTABUST_500P is suitable for use in regions where metals are not allowed in fuels. G_OCTABUST_500P improves the following functionalities:

- lubricity.
G_OCTABUST_500P is clear, homogeneous liquid with amber colour and remains stable in the wide scope of temperatures.

Application:
G_OCTABUST_500P is recommended to high class of motor gasolines of 95 and 98 type. It offers improvement of fuel economy up to 5% depending on characteristic of base fuel. The package provides the following engine parameters or has been proven to meet the following test requirements:
- Reduced operating costs due to improved fuel economy as an effect of super detergency, elimination of cooking deposits and enhanced combustion process,
- Inlet Valve Cleanliness-Keep Clean effect proved in engine test (Method on MB M102E engine according to CEC F-05-93),
- Oxidation Stability of Gasoline (Induction Period Method according to EN ISO7536) min 480 minutes
- M111 test (CEC L-53-T-95) standard industry test for Black Sludge,
- Water-cooled Boxer test (CEC F-16-T-96) Valve Sticking Test,
- Enhanced lubricity properties.
Treat Rate:
Typical dosage range of G_OCTABUST_500P is 1800-3000 ppm weight. Typically, each 800-900 ppm of additive increases the octane number by 1 unit. The treat rate should be adjusted to base fuel quality.
Packaging:
G_OCTABUST_500P is available in bulk, 200 l barrels, or 1000-litre tanks (IBC). Other types of packaging are available on request.
