Multifunctional Additive for Diesel
General Information:
Pachem-DV900FW is a multifunctional additive package for Diesel and other middle distillate fuels designed to improve fuel economy and engine cleanliness. Pachem-DV900FW prevents the precipitation of paraffin and at the same it improves fluidity at low temperatures. Due to specially selected constituents, Pachem-DV900FW provides the following functionalities: super detergency, anticorrosion, antifoam, oxidation stability, deemulsification. Additionally, the package provides cetane number boosting due to presence of cetane improver and new generation iron-containing combustion booster. Pachem-DV900FW reduces cold filter plugging point (CFPP) it is temperature at which there can occur interferences in fuel supply into engine in feed systems equipped with filter screen.

Application:
Pachem-DV900FW is designed to improve the quality of Diesel and other middle distillate fuels, especially fuel economy parameters: improvement of fuel economy up to 5% depending on characteristic of base fuel. The package provides the following engine parameters:Reduced operating costs due to improved fuel economy as an effect of super detergency, elimination of cooking deposits and enhanced combustion process. Excellent injector cleanliness in Pugeot XUD-9 tests for injector deposits (according to CEC F-23-01), the injector nozzles flow loss with needle lift of 0.1 mm not higher than 30% (Standard Diesel requirement is max. 85%), Clean-Up and Keep-Clean effect in DW10 Direct Injection Common Rail Diesel Engine Nozzle Cooking test.Cetane Number improvement - up to 4 Units Increase at minimum 250 ppm v/v treat rate, Reduction of smoke, HC, NOx and PM emission in exhaust gases due to improved combustion and deep keep-clean effect. Outstanding anticorrosive properties tested according to ASTM D 665 A rating by the scale of the NACE TM 02-75: the corrosion rate not higher than a B + +,Very good emulsion breaking properties according to ASTM D 1094, improve such properties of middle distillates as fluidity at low temperatures.Pachem DV900FW reduces cold filter plugging point adjusting the properties at low temperatures to application in winter conditions.
Treat rate:
Typical dosage of Pachem-DV900FW is 500-1000 ppm v/v. Suggested treat rate is 600 ppm v/v. The treat rate should be adjusted to base fuel quality and client’s requirements for performance limit.
Packaging:
Pachem-DV900FW is available in bulk, 200 l barrels, or 1000-litre tanks (IBC). Other types of packaging are available on request.
