Wax Anti-settling Additive for Diesel Fuel and other Middle Distillates
General Information:
Pachem-WASA-3 it is an additive for middle distillates which prevents the precipitation of paraffins and at the same it improves fluidity at low temperatures. The additive is a WASA type paraffin dispersant. Due to specially selected copolymer components dissolved in aromatic solvents, Pachem-WASA-3 improves lowtemperature properties of fuels. Pachem-WASA- 3 is a liquid with white to amber colour.

Application:
Pachem-WASA-3 is intended to improve fluidity of middle distillates at low temperatures be prevention of paraffin’s crystallization and precipitation. The package reduces cold filter plugging point adjusting the properties at low temperatures to application in winter conditions. WASA-3 is the most effective when blended into the fuel at temperature minimum 10 °C higher that the Fuel’s cloud point.
Treat rate:
Typical dosage of Pachem-WASA-3 is 250-1000 ppm weight. The recommended dosage is 350- 500 ppm. The treat rate should be adjusted to the composition and quality of base fuel as well as to the expected low-temperature properties.
Packaging:
Pachem-WASA-3 can be delivered in 200-liter drums, 1000-liter IBCs or in bulk. Other types of packaging are available on request.
