PACHEM-DCFI-0
Additive for Diesel Fuels
General information:
Pachem-DCFI-0 it is an additive for diesel fuels and middle distillates which prevents the precipitation of paraffins and at the same it improves fluidity at low temperatures. Due to specially selected components, Pachem-DCFI-0 reduces cold filter plugging point (CFPP) it is temperature at which there can occur interferences in fuel supply into engine in feed systems equipped with filter screen and preventing paraffins precipitation in tanks (so called WAFI action). Pachem-DCFI-0 is highly viscous liquid with amber colour.

Application:
Pachem-DCFI-0 is intended to improve such properties of diesel fuels and middle distillates as fluidity at low temperatures. The package reduces cold filter plugging point adjusting the properties at low temperatures to application in winter conditions.
Treat Rate:
Typical dosage of Pachem-DCFI-0 is 200-500 ppm weight. The treat rate should be adjusted to base fuel quality and to the expected low-temperature properties.
In order to acheive maximal effectivity, this additive should be injected into the fuel at temperature about 10 °C above fuel’ cloud point. Adding cold flow improver into the fuel, where crystallization of paraffins has already occurred, significantly deteriorates or even stops its action.
Packaging:
Pachem-DCF-0 is available in bulk, 200 l barrels, or 1000-litre tanks (IBC). Other types of packaging are available on request.
