Pachem-AMIC7
Biocide
General Information:
Pachem-AMIC7 (alternative name Alpocid-FP1.5M) is a concentrated additive providing microbiological safety for fuel products and fuel storage tanks protecting against the development of microbial flora (bacteria, fungi, yeast). With the specially selected solvent formulation, the additive shows an adequate solubility in the oil phase and water, which provides quick and long-lasting biocidal activity. Thanks to its action, (Pachem-AMIC7)Alpocid-FP1.5M prevents the formation of sludge, sediments and other contaminants in fuel systems and tanks usually caused by microbial flora.Pachem-AMIC7 (Alpocid-FP1.5M) is a homogeneous liquid with yellow color.

Application:
Pachem-AMIC7 (Alpocid-FP1.5M) is designed to provide microbiological protection of fuels and bio-fuels: Diesel Fuels, gasolines, heating oils, RME and FAME bioesters, fuel oils and other fuel products, which may cause a risk of contamination by bacteria, fungi, yeasts, during a long-term storage or by contamination by water.
Treat rate:
The shock dose 250-300 ppm (preferably 250 ppm), sanitizing dose 150-200 ppm (preferably 125 ppm), the continuous - prophylactic dose 50-100 ppm.
For better use and storage, the product can be pre-dissolved (eg. 1:10 in fuel, biodiesel, hydrocarbon solvent or water in case of water systems). The dose then be adjusted. The additive can also protect closed water systems in various types of industrial plants.
Packaging:
Pachem-AMIC7 (Alpocid-FP1.5M) is offered in bulk, 200-liter barrels or in IBCs. Other types of packaging are also available on request.
