General Information:
Pachem-CR-1021_T is an innovative, multi-functional corrosion -scale inhibitor- dispersant package used for water cooling installations in the refinery, mining and energy industries, which is based on phosphonates, polymers and copolymers as well as environmentally friendly corrosion inhibitors. Pachem-CR-1021_T prevents the formation and precipitation of inorganic salts, mainly calcium carbonates. It disperses precipitated carbonates. Prevents a pitting, cavitation and crevice corrosion as well as deposit attack. It is effective in a wide range of parameters for the circulating water parameters. It has low environmental impact. Does not contain inorganic phosphates. Does not contain carcinogenic compounds, i.e. nitrites, chromates, hydrazine. Stable in contact with oxidizing biocides.

Application:
Dosage of Pachem-CR-1021_T is recommended to ensure the durability of steel elements of heat exchangers, which life without adequate protection against corrosion and stone is 0.5 - 2 years. The use of Pachem-CR-1021_T will result in :
- extending the life of protected installations and devices
- limiting of repair and cleaning costs
- reduction of downtime during repair
Treat rate:
The multifunctional corrosion-scale inhibitor-dispersant Pachem-CR-1021_T package should be dosed continuously, in proportion to the amount of water supplied to the cooling system. It is recommended to keep the Pachem-CR-1021_T concentration at 50-250 ppm in the cooling system (recommended dose 100 ppm). There is not recommended the dosage above 250 ppm. The dosing level depends on the quality of refilling water and the quality of the water in the cooling system. The higher the general hardness and the carbonate hardness, the higher is the dosage.
Packaging:
Pachem-CR-1021_T is available in 200 liter drums or 1000 liter IBCs. Other packagings are available on request.
