PACHEM-DR
Additive Improving flow in Pipelines
General information:
Pachem-DR is an additive which helps with reduction of drag flow in pipelines pumping crude oil or Diesel fuels. Due to specially selected polymeric molecular structure, this additive allows to maintain laminar flow of the fluid near the walls of the pipeline, which results in a reduction of internal friction drag of the pumped fluid, and consequently reduces the energy demand needed to pump or to increase efficiency pipeline at the same level of the consumed for pumping power.
Typical Physical And Chemical Properties:

Viscosity at 40 0C | mm2/s | > 50 | PN-EN ISO 3104:2004 |
Application:
Pachem-DR is intended for crude oil and fuel pipelines .
Treat Rate:
Typical dosage of Pachem-DR is 5-20 ppm weight. Additive injection into pipeline has to be done behind pump systems (passing an additive through a pump systems destroys its molecular structure and reduces or even completely eliminates its properties). In the case of pipelines with multi-stage pump systems, a dosage of additive should be repeated after each pump system.
Packaging:
Pachem-D100K is available in 200 l barrels, or 1000-litre tanks (IBC). Other types of packaging are available on request.
